EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We are committed to providing the best shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be suitable and needs to be exchanged or returned. You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the package. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@hannalondon.uk, specifying:
    • Order confirmation number
    • Full name
    • Email address or phone number
    • Request for refund or exchange
    • Reason for the request, attaching any photos of defects if present.
  2. Your request will be evaluated by our team, and a response will be provided.

Eligibility for return/exchange:

  1. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  2. It must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with all associated tags.
  3. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Situations where refunds or exchanges are not allowed:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer, despite the availability of the size guide (with measurements in cm) on each product page.
  • Damage caused by the customer after receiving the product.

In the case of defects, we reserve the right to request detailed photos of the item to verify the non-conformity.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We provide accurate product descriptions, technical specifications, and images to help you make informed purchases. However:

  • Subjective perceptions (e.g., feelings about color, texture, or aesthetics) are not considered valid reasons for a return.
  • Color variations: The colors displayed on the site may slightly differ from the actual colors due to monitor settings or other technical factors. These differences are not considered defects.

If you have any questions or concerns about the products before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us for further clarification.

EXCHANGE

If the item received does not match the chosen size, you have the option to exchange it for a larger/smaller size or any other item from our site.
You must return the item you wish to exchange within 14 days of receiving the package.
You will receive instructions, including the return address, via email once you contact us.
The exchange will be processed as soon as the package is received and inspected at our main warehouse.

Exchanges due to incorrect size selection are not allowed if the customer did not review or measure according to the size guide before purchase.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges in case of delays. For any questions or doubts about our return policy, please contact our customer support team at info@hannalondon.uk.

2. REFUND
To process a refund, the item must be returned, and your return must have a tracking number, which must be shared with us. This way, we can track exactly when your return arrives at our warehouse and immediately begin processing the refund. Without a tracking number, we cannot trace your shipment, and your right to a refund will expire because we cannot confirm if your order has actually arrived.

IMPORTANT:
You can return the package using any logistics service. Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping costs for your return, so we recommend choosing the most economical delivery option with tracking.
Any courier service is allowed for returns, with shipping costs at the customer’s expense.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the package at our main warehouse in Asia.
The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified by the customer or in case of internal issues.
